Welcome to Bond by Voice, a mobile application operated by App Merchant, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Bond by Voice mobile application and related services (the “Service”).By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.

• Use the Service to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription, Free Trial, and Cancellation

Bond by Voice operates on a subscription-based model that provides premium access to personalized songs, stories, and other audio content.

Free Trial
We currently offer a 7-day free trial that allows one voice profile with unlimited conversions and full content access.After the 7-day period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of confirmation.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal charges will be applied to the same account used for purchase.

• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s and Google’s respective policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service allows you to upload, record, and personalize audio content, including voice recordings (“User Content”).You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or creating User Content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for operating, improving, and delivering the Service.

The Service, its software, and all original content remain the exclusive property of App Merchant, Inc. and its licensors.You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

6. Data Storage and Security

Bond by Voice uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure storage and processing of user-generated content such as customized songs and stories.

While AWS follows industry-leading security standards, Bond by Voice cannot guarantee absolute security of any data stored on third-party infrastructure.

By using the Service, you consent to your data being stored on AWS servers and acknowledge that Bond by Voice is not liable for unauthorized access, security breaches, or data loss related to AWS infrastructure.

7. Personal Information and Voice Data Usage

By using the Service, you agree that any personal information you provide — including name, email, and voice recordings — may be collected and used by Bond by Voice and App Merchant, Inc. for the following purposes:

• Operating and improving the Service (including voice cloning and AI personalization).

• Providing customer support and technical assistance.

• Communicating product updates, new features, and offers (where permitted).

8. AI and Voice Cloning

By using our AI-based voice features, you represent that you have the rights to the voice you submit and grant Bond by Voice permission to process, store, and reproduce it as part of the Service.

You acknowledge that:

• Voice cloning results may vary and are intended for entertainment and personal use only.

• The Service is not intended for professional, therapeutic, or medical use.

• Bond by Voice is not responsible for any misuse or consequences arising from cloned voices created through the Service.

9. Voice Modeling and Quality Acknowledgment

By using Bond by Voice, you acknowledge that any generated voice content is a high-quality modeled reproduction of your recorded or provided voice. While our technology represents some of the most advanced in the industry, variations in tone, phrasing, or sound quality may occur and are considered normal outcomes of digital voice rendering.

Bond by Voice invests continuously in research and development to enhance realism, clarity, and emotional depth across all recordings. As technology evolves, we release regular improvements to ensure users receive the best experience available.

Because results can vary based on input recordings, playback environment, and song style, Bond by Voice cannot guarantee a perfect match to your natural voice in every case. These variations do not constitute a product defect or grounds for refund.



10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

• Any stored content may be deleted, and Bond by Voice is not obligated to retain or restore it.

• Subscription cancellations must be managed through your Apple or Google account as described in Section 4.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bond by Voice, its affiliates, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bond by Voice is provided “as is” and for entertainment and personal enjoyment only.
While designed to enhance bonding through personalized audio, we make no claims or guarantees regarding developmental, emotional, or psychological outcomes.
The Service is not a substitute for professional care or medical advice.

13. Parental Responsibility and Screen Time Usage

Bond by Voice and App Merchant, Inc. are not responsible for monitoring screen time or device use by children or minors.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring safe usage and appropriate screen time based on health and pediatric guidelines.The Service is designed to encourage shared listening experiences — not to replace parental interaction or supervision.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website or within the app.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
